  15. murdering Meir Kahane, founder of the Jewish Defense League; to
  16. 7 13 to 22 years in prison on weapons, coercion and assault
  17. charges; in New York City. Nosair was convicted in December of
  18. shooting two men after Kahane was slain in 1990, but found not
  19. guilty of killing Kahane even though a witness said Nosair
  20. brandished a gun right after Kahane was shot.
